Important Coaches and Managers Information 2025

Hartnell Little League families,

As we start approaching the beginning of the new year and our Little League registration continues to thrive, we are beginning to prepare our teams for the upcoming season. Part of this preparation includes the selection of managers and assistant coaches at each of our playing levels.

Each year Hartnell Little League selects managers and coaches based on the amount of teams at each level. In some cases, Hartnell receives more managers and assistant coaches than positions available for teams. This can become a very challenging process of selecting managers and coaches and I want to ensure fairness is given based on factual information.

In order to assist in this process, I am asking that all potential managers and coaches who wished to volunteer for the upcoming 2025 season please submit an email of interest to the league. This includes returning coaches from previous years.

In the email please provide the following:

-Name and contact information
-what position and what level you are applying for
-Names of children you may have in the program
-Experience with coaching
-Reason why you would like to be a Hartnell Little League baseball manager or coach

Please have your letter of interest in by 5pm on January 12, 2025 sent to [email protected]

Hartnell little League will reserve the right to extend this deadline based on the amount of coaches available.

Please note that all candidates for manager and assistant Coach will have to go through a background check and also submit to a live scan (fingerprint check) which is mandated by Little League International. Once you have submitted your letter of interest. We will email you directions and forms to have the live scan completed.

Once coaching selections are made by the President of Hartnell Little League a notice will be sent out with the selected coaches.
